We work with connected breathing
A method that exists in many variations and under different
names. Our approach focuses primarily on making unconscious
content and life themes perceptible again.
One can never know in advance what phenomena will occur
when the breathing rhythm is therapeutically intensified. Since
our psyche does not distinguish between body, soul, and spirit,
the most diverse effects can arise: physical sensations and
perceptions, emotions pushing to the surface, or inner images
appearing.
In any case, connected breathing enables us not only to
perceive unconscious layers, but also to resolve and integrate
them. Traumas can be re-experienced and released, blockages
and obstacles become more tangible and thus more
surmountable.
All in all, connected breathing helps us consciously intensify our
life energy and thereby activate inner healing powers.
